Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying data governance or data management practices in a complex organization.
• Hands-on experience in metadata management, data quality, data controls, data lineage or data-risk management.
• Experience leading complex data/information-management initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and governance tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR processes and information flows to identify root causes and define data requirements.
• Lead data management initiatives including metadata and data quality controls with progress tracking.
• Establish clear data definitions and ownership across Data Compass and governance artifacts.
• Work with HR, technology and data partners to embed requirements in solutions from the outset.
• Create reusable guidance, templates and learning materials to support HR teams.
• Communicate risks, dependencies and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
