Job summary

TD is seeking a senior process improvement professional in Toronto to drive strategic initiatives across enterprise functions. You will leverage analytics, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver process efficiencies and financial benefits.

The role requires extensive experience in process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and governance frameworks, with a focus on risk management and enterprise alignment across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Black Belt
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, BPM, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow design tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, ARIS, or similar

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to business leaders and lead solutions to improve quality and eliminate waste.
• Lead the team to execute on recommendations and forecast financial/customer benefits.
• Gather data to translate problems into statistical analyses using advanced methods.
• Actively manage relationships across lines and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Monitor service performance and implement continuous process improvements where opportunities exist
