Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data governance, change management, reporting.
• Experience in communications, stakeholder management, and executive-ready reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing executive-ready dashboards and training materials.
• Knowledge of Data Management or metadata practices is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data literacy, training, and awareness materials.
• Support persona lifecycle management including onboarding, maintenance, reporting, attestations, and org hierarchy updates.
• Create communications, presentations, newsletters, and executive updates.
• Maintain EDMO SharePoint hub and keep material up to date.
• Produce reporting, dashboards, metrics, and insights for governance forums.
• Leverage Copilot, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 to improve reporting and automation.
• Gather business requirements, document processes, and support change adoption.
• Act as liaison between business and technology teams for data initiatives.
