Job summary

TD in Toronto is seeking a business lead and functional specialist to manage a diverse portfolio of business applications, driving strategies, roadmaps, forecasts, and relationships with technology teams and business consumers.

The role focuses on Rahona data cloud operations, service management, end-to-end ownership of support, escalation handling and continuous service improvement to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Support Operations and stakeholder management.
• Strong incident/problem management skills and experience with issue-tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
• Experience working directly with data and underlying usage.
• Familiarity with Azure is an asset and knowledge of Agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Knowledge of data policy and governance principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support and service management for the Rahona platform.
• Own and manage the application strategy, delivery, performance, access, data availability & integrity.
• Lead budgets and drive risk assessments, change management, and regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate with technology, data governance, and audit partners to ensure compliance.
• Communicate outages and maintain stakeholder relationships across the business.
