MTE Logistix Group in Edmonton is seeking an experienced Recruiter to deliver full cycle recruiting and onboarding services across the organization. You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

The role focuses on diverse sourcing, candidate experience, background checks, and smooth onboarding, with a proactive approach to process improvement and reporting.

Competenze

• Minimum two years in high-volume recruitment.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience required.
• Ability to source candidates via diverse channels.
• Experience with onboarding and background checks.
• Alberta Driver’s license preferred.

Mansioni

• Develops a talent pipeline using multiple sourcing channels.
• Screens resumes and conducts interviews to assess fit.
• Sourcing qualified candidates for open roles and referrals.
• Extends job offers and coordinates onboarding.
• Maintains candidate relationships for a positive experience.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manages candidate status and communications using tracking systems.
• Supports recruitment campaigns and events across Canada.
• Prepares short listed candidate summaries as needed.
• Produces recruitment reports and documents improvements.
