Job summary

Trotter & Morton Group of Companies is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across our Alberta operations, with a focus on skilled trades and technical roles.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR, source candidates through diverse channels, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience. This role requires 3–5 years of HR/recruitment experience and strong process improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, job boards, and recruitment databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations and units.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand requirements and build recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social networks, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare metrics reports.
