Job summary

S.i. Systems, Canada’s largest professional staffing provider, is seeking a Recruiter in Edmonton to build a strong talent pipeline, manage the recruitment process, and support consultants in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, present shortlisted candidates, coach interviewees, and drive compliance and performance metrics while contributing to an engaging, growth-focused culture in Canada’s largest IT staffing company.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma with minimum of 1-year external recruiting or customer facing service experience OR 2 years of high-level competitive sport/activity and/or leadership experience; OR other equivalent experience considered
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years recruiting or customer facing experience
• Proven experience in a fast paced, metrics driven, working environment preferred
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships
• Able to learn new complex ideas in a short timeframe
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
• Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile
• Is confidential, professional, honest and works well both in teams and individually

• Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media and in-person meetings

Responsibilities

• Build a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates
• Develop a proactive pipeline aligned with client needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and interview summaries in MatchGuide
• Conduct in-person or video interviews and complete thorough reference checks
• Work with Account Executives to understand job requirements and prioritize recruitment
• Present a shortlist of qualified candidates aligned with client specifications
• Prepare resumes for submission, schedule interviews, and coach candidates
• Build relationships with candidates and manage onboarding and check-ins
• Facilitate contract renewals and address consultant concerns with Account Executives
• Follow policies, track recruitment activities, and meet performance metrics
