The Manager, Talent & Development,and HR Analytics is responsible forleading and executing talent and learning development strategies that enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational success. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing leadership development, training programs, and career development initiatives. The Manager works closely with business leaders toidentifytalent gaps, create targeted development plans, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The position also plays a key role in talent assessments, succession planning, and driving employee engagement, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and values.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications in Talent, Development, and Learning
- Advanced mentoring and coaching skills
- Strong leadership, project and change management skills
- Proven experience in talent management, learning, and development, or a similar role, with expertise in talent strategy, succession planning, and blended learning approaches.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes and methodologies, including objective setting and mid-year reviews.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, with experience integrating inclusion and belonging principles into talent development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage HR KPIs for business reporting.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and best practices in talent development, incorporating innovative approaches into programs.

Hiring Range: $67,900.00 - $106,590.00 CAD
The salary range shown reflects the expected annual base salary for this open position, plus other wage amounts such as annual bonus, profit sharing, and commissions.
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
