Job summary

SLR Consulting seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Canada-wide and cross-border hiring. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, advise hiring managers, and help build a robust talent pipeline across multiple disciplines.

Based in Ontario with flexible work options, you will collaborate with the Americas Talent Acquisition team to attract high-quality candidates and streamline offers and negotiations in Canada and the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 2+ years recruiting in environmental services/engineering/mining industries.
• Experience recruiting across Canada and the US.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Workday experience is an asset.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

We are Making Sustainability Happen.**What you'll be doing**Reporting to the Americas Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a key strategic advisor to your hiring teams as they work towards their growth goals. You will provide full-cycle recruitment support to teams across Canada, and provide consultative advice to hiring managers on advertising, selection, interviews, offers, and negotiation.Your ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and hiring managers will be critical to your success, as will your ability to attract and source high-quality talent through a variety of platforms.
