QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks a Marketing Lead Associate – Canada to support national campaigns and cross-border initiatives. You will collaborate with Canadian and U.S.

marketing leaders to deliver campaigns efficiently and consistently across the country. This bilingual role localizes materials, coordinates projects, tracks performance, and supports events, sponsorships, and sales enablement.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B, distribution, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or multi-location retail preferred.
  • Professional fluency in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing, events, social media, or sales enablement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM, or CMS is an asset.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives supporting QXO Canada's roofing, Posi-Slope, and other Canadian business units.
  • Partner with Canadian sales leaders and the U.S. marketing team to implement integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Support the localization of marketing materials and campaigns for the Canadian market, ensuring bilingual content.
  • Assist with vendor-funded marketing programs, promotional campaigns, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, website updates, e-commerce content, and social media activities.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, and branch marketing activations across Canada.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, promotional materials, presentations, and marketing resources.
  • Help ensure all marketing materials comply with Canadian regulations and QXO brand standards.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects while managing timelines and priorities.

As the Marketing Lead Associate – Canada, you'll play a key role in supporting QXO's Canadian marketing initiatives.
