Qualifications

• Advanced sourcing capabilities including LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate mapping, and outbound engagement.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ATS/HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, Taleo.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Sourcing: multi-channel sourcing to attract top-tier talent across business units.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage intake, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
• ATS & HRIS Management: maintain real-time candidate pipelines and accurate records.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with hiring managers to define core competencies and hiring strategies.
• Candidate Experience: ensure a seamless, engaging experience for every candidate.
• Industry Best Practices: stay current with market intelligence and recruitment trends.
