Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• HR diploma and HRPA membership preferred.
• Experience recruiting for senior roles across technical and non-technical disciplines.
• Experience with executive recruitment and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan for senior-level positions.
• Operational Excellence: Design and optimize recruitment processes for senior-level hires and track KPIs.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to target Director and Senior Manager roles.
• Talent Acquisition and Management: Attract candidates with strong employer branding and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
