CLV Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire top talent across our national real estate platform. You will own the full recruitment cycle, build proactive pipelines, and partner with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Based in our Ottawa office, this in-office, full-time role involves collaborating across departments, traveling within Canada occasionally, and strengthening CLV's employer brand through compelling postings and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent; leadership potential valued.
• Up to five years in talent acquisition or related roles.
• Strong ability to build relationships and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and align recruiting priorities.
• Lead full recruitment cycle across corporate and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, offers and onboarding.
• Develop pipelines for critical roles and passive candidates.
• Provide data-driven hiring recommendations and improve recruitment quality and speed.
• Strengthen CLV's employer brand through compelling postings and candidate communications.
