Job summary

Simpcw Resources Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join our Barriere or Kamloops office, with regular travel to worksites. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, working closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers to balance priorities across multiple divisions and employment types.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in HR with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and admin.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple roles.
• Experience with job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment activities.
• Ability to work with hiring managers to align staffing and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment across multiple divisions and job types.
• Manage 10+ active vacancies at various stages with diverse timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Maintain candidate communications and recruitment documentation in BambooHR.
• Lead onboarding and orientation, and manage employee changes and offboarding.
• Assist with HRIS administration and payroll-related processes.
