Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal job posting process in accordance with CBA language.
• Support position management, transfers, and new employee setup in HRIS systems.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure accuracy across Support HR functions.
• Prepare employment verification letters and other employee documentation.
• Coordinate EIT level progression letters, salary adjustments, and updates in tracking systems.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support SOX documentation reviews.
• Develop and deliver HR reporting, analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Complete monthly headcount reporting, workforce forecasting, and other HR reporting.
• Support compensation cycle and incentive program data validation.
• Maintain HR digitization initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Teck policies and Code of Ethics.
• Be a courageous safety leader by adhering to safety rules.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
