• 2–5 years in HR, people operations, or talent roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment process across all functions.
• Source top talent via LinkedIn and other platforms; screen, interview, and coordinate offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain HR operations including onboarding, performance processes, and compliance.
• Keep employee data accurate in HRIS and support engagement activities.
