You will handle full-cycle recruiting, sourcing passive candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with HR to onboard new hires. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in recruiting, strong HRIS and MS Office skills, and a bilingual French/English ability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years’ full cycle recruiting in a high growth environment.
• 2+ years’ customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Advisor recruitment and partner with Regional Managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening resumes, sourcing, screening calls, and interviews.
• Maintain and update external careers page to attract candidates.
