Job summary

Transdev Canada is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Executive & Strategic Talent to lead complex searches across functions and regions. You will map markets, identify passive candidates, and build pipelines for critical leadership roles.

You will partner with senior leaders to calibrate profiles, own the search from mandate through negotiation, and coach teams across Canada. This role is based in Brossard, QC, with a national reach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruitment experience in agency, executive search or direct sourcing with success recruiting senior, specialized and hard-to-find talent.
• Head-hunting and proactive sourcing expertise, talent mapping and building strong pipelines.
• Strong business acumen to quickly understand functions, industries and talent markets for effective search strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills for senior candidates and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously with autonomy and urgency.
• Bilingual in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and related recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex searches for executive, senior leadership and business-critical roles across Transdev Canada.
• Translate business needs into a search strategy: identify target organizations, adjacent industries and talent pools.
• Direct search and headhunting with emphasis on passive candidates.
• Develop compelling approaches to generate interest from non-active candidates.
• Build credibility with senior candidates and calibrate profiles with leaders; refine searches per market signals.
• Own searches from mandate through offer strategy and negotiation.
• Map talent and maintain pipelines for future needs; expand reach into new pools and networks.
• Coach other recruiters and contribute to the Transdev International Talent Network.
