Job summary

Bushbalm Skincare is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist in Canada. The role focuses on data-driven planning, inventory balancing, and replenishment execution to support a growing skincare brand.

You will own S&OP data preparation, maintain critical dashboards, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations to optimize stock and lead times. A 2–4 year background in planning is preferred, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2–4 years in planning or analytics.
• Strong analytical and data skills with large datasets and reporting.
• Advanced Excel, pivot tables, and planning dashboards are essential.
• Detail-oriented with data integrity as a priority.
• Comfortable executing day-to-day PO creation, replenishment, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan data and analysis: prepare inputs for monthly S&OP and maintain dashboards.
• Purchasing and replenishment execution: trigger replenishment and manage POs.
• Cross-functional support: prepare inputs for monthly planning conversations and stock/allocation analysis.
