Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term plans across the Canadian network. You will optimize inventory, balance supply and demand, and support IBP processes using SAP IBP and SAP APO, with BI tooling like Power BI.

A manufacturing background and 3–5 years of planning experience are required. The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Procurement, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, Sales and Quality to improve service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM/CSCP) are assets.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, or SCM.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, and planning systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAP ERP, MRP, DRP is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an asset.
• Experience in food, dairy, or CPG/process manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans aligned with S&OP and IBP processes.
• Manage supply planning across manufacturing facilities and distribution networks to meet demand.
• Create and evaluate scenario-based plans to assess risks and opportunities.
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning and identify constraints.
• Develop recommendations to address capacity shortages and inventory risks.
• Support strategic inventory management and optimization across the network.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
• Lead planning meetings to review performance, constraints, risks, and mitigations.
• Conduct advanced supply chain analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, planning tools, and KPIs.
• Act as a key user for SAP, SAP IBP, and related planning systems.
• Participate in strategic supply chain projects (network optimization, automation, digital transformation, IBP).
