Job summary

Hagen Group in Montreal, with a hybrid schedule, seeks a Senior Manager, Demand & Supply Planning to lead end-to-end planning for a diverse product portfolio. You will own the S&OP process, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to improve forecast accuracy and optimize working capital.

You’ll drive inventory health across North American warehouses, build dashboards with Power BI, and lead a high-performing planning team while guiding cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, or operations.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong forecasting, inventory planning, S&OP, and analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems and Netstock or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning for a complex product portfolio.
• Own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with cross-functional partners.
• Develop forecasts and inventory plans to meet customer demand and optimize working capital.
• Ensure efficient product flow across North American warehouses for retail and DTC.
• Utilize Netstock, ERP systems, and analytics tools to optimize inventory and identify supply risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards and planning tools using Power BI and ERP systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory optimization and forecast reliability.
• Support product launches and transitions to ensure supply continuity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning team.
