Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans across the Canadian network. This role partners with Manufacturing, Procurement, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, Sales and Quality to balance supply and demand while optimizing inventory levels.

You will utilize advanced analytics and IBP processes to drive operational excellence, support network optimization, and participate in strategic supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• APICS/ASCM certification is considered an asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Planning or related roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP IBP, SAP APO or advanced planning system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Quality teams.
• Create scenario-based plans to assess risks and opportunities.
• Identify capacity constraints and optimize inventory.
• Lead planning meetings and support IBP initiatives.
