Job summary

Bushbalm Skincare, Ottawa-born, is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own planning, inventory, and the monthly S&OP cycle across DTC, Amazon, retail, and professional channels.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead a small planning team, optimize replenishment, manage co-manufacturers, and partner with Procurement and Finance to protect working capital while keeping stock in balance. This 12-month contract offers a competitive salary and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or related.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning or inventory planning in consumer products.
• Hands-on ownership of replenishment plan, safety-stock policy, and PO execution.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and co-manufacturers.
• Multi-channel inventory management across DTC, Amazon, retail.
• Advanced Excel, large-data analysis, scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the purchase and replenishment plan, translate demand into what to buy across finished goods and components.
• Manage replenishment triggering and reorder points to balance service level and working capital.
• Own safety stock policy and adjust for lead times and demand shifts.
• Oversee inventory health and BOM accuracy across the network.
• Plan and sequence production runs with co-manufacturers and monitor capacity.
• Track end-to-end lead times and integrate supplier, production, and freight timing into the plan.
• Own PO execution and cadence against the plan.
• Run the S&OP cycle and surface feasible options and risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to align on price and inventory valuation.
• Improve planning systems and data quality as the business scales.
