Job summary

Masco Canada is hiring a Senior Demand Planner to lead advanced demand planning activities and drive S&OP maturity. You will bridge Sales, Production, Finance, and Purchasing to ensure accurate, actionable demand plans and data-driven insights.

The role includes leading S&OP for the Bathing department and the Commercial category across US/Canada, coaching demand planners, and serving as a backup for the S&OP Manager. Hybrid work in St. Thomas, ON.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-year college diploma or university degree in related field.
• ASCM/APICS certification strongly preferred.
• IBF – CPF or ACPF certification strongly preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP & IBP.
• CPFR experience and exposure to S&OP/IBP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bathing department S&OP process, including cycle management and data review.
• Lead demand planning for Commercial category for US and Canada.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve S&OP process cadence, data quality, and standard work.
• Support the S&OP Manager as backup and assist with broader S&OP execution.
• Own 16-month rolling demand forecast at SKU–customer level.
