Job summary

Silk & Snow is seeking a Demand Planner in Canada to own the 12- to 18-month forecast across retail, wholesale and DTC, covering Canada and the US. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to create consensus forecasts and manage lifecycle planning.

The role focuses on inventory forecasting, working capital planning, and budget reconciliation with Finance. You will drive NPI/EOL planning to maximize sell-through, balance service levels with working capital, and lead

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in demand planning, supply chain planning, or related roles.
• Experience planning across multiple channels (retail, wholesale, DTC) and in Canada/US.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Own 12- to 18-month rolling demand forecast across channels and both countries.
• Lead end-to-end S&OP process and consensus forecast with cross-functional teams.
• Own inventory forecast, working capital plan, and budget reconciliation with Finance.
• Set inventory targets, reorder points, and protection stock policies.
• Drive NPI/EOL planning to maximize sell-through and reduce dead stock.
• Coach and develop Demand Planners for multiple channels.
