Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities for the Employee Benefits and Retirement division.
• Lead complex pursuits for firms with 500+ employees.
• Stay updated on EB&R products and carrier offerings.
• Collaborate with Property & Casualty teams for cross-selling.
• Partner with executives on goal setting and strategy.
• Review sales data and refine approaches with team insights.
• Nurture relationships with prospects, clients, and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance and ethical origination.
• Align with regional leaders for unified new business approach.
• Represent HUB as senior advisor with carriers and consultants.
