Job summary

HUB International Canada is expanding its Group Retirement Team and seeking a Group Retirement Consultant to deepen relationships with existing clients and grow the regional pipeline. You will guide plan members through key financial decisions, collaborate with consultants, and drive cross-sell opportunities across the Prairie region.

The role offers opportunities to influence retirement solutions, develop deep client partnerships, and advance within a dynamic, growth‑minded team at HUB Canada.

Qualifications

• LLQP Certification is required.
• RPA or CEBS designation is an asset.
• 3+ years of experience in the group retirement industry.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with existing group retirement clients; act as trusted go-to for plans navigation.
• Hunt for new business and build a strong pipeline across the Prairie Region.
• Guide plan members through key financial decisions including exits and assistance requests.
• Partner with consultants and commercial lines salespeople to create cross-sell opportunities and robust regional pipeline.
• Collaborate with HUB Canada Group Retirement Team to shape the business direction.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow relationships with existing group retirement clients, serving as their trusted go-to for navigating their plans

What We’re Looking For

• LLQP Certification required
