Job summary

YuJa Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (Client Success & Growth) to drive post‑sales success, retention, and revenue growth in Toronto.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients maximize value from YuJa’s SaaS solutions and identify opportunities to expand engagement. The role focuses on enterprise client relationships, renewal negotiations, and upselling enhancements, with a base salary in the 50k–60k USD range plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in client/customer support or related role.
• Strong sales skills with ability to identify opportunities and communicate value of upgrades.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with enterprise clients and onboard across SaaS products.
• Lead renewal negotiations and manage contract changes.
• Upsell add-ons or widgets and prepare price quotations.
• Provide training and support to maximize solution value.
• Monitor accounts for trends and risks and inform proactive support.
