Job summary

Embecta Corp. in Mississauga (Remote: CAN ON) is seeking a Key Account Manager-Retail to own strategic plans for Canadian retail and wholesale accounts with a focus on sales and category growth.

You will manage relationships, lead negotiation, and partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales Analytics to support programs and budgets. Travel up to 30% is required.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in KAM and 5+ years in pharma/medical devices.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years key account management experience.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling into retail.
• Strong understanding of business finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned retail and wholesale accounts.
• Build trusted customer relationships and lead negotiation strategies.
• Develop and execute retail programs and budgets to hit growth targets.
• Use data to identify trends and inform business actions; coordinate with Finance and Sales Analytics.
