Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Resourcing and Deployment Manager within Internal Firm Services. The role focuses on staffing right people to right projects, forecasting utilization, and balancing workload across the network.

The incumbent will partner with RM professionals, influence decision-making in high‑pressure environments, and drive continuous improvement in resource management for client service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in forecasting, strategic planning, and linking to business strategy.
• Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influencing abilities in high‑stress situations.
• Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment.
• Understanding of resourcing impacts on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and oversee allocation of Client Service Staff to align with priorities and KPIs.
• Utilize continuous planning and scheduling to meet firm utilization targets.
• Gather information on staff goals to match staff with engagements.
• Collaborate with RM professionals to share best practices and drive process improvements.
• Build relationships across regions to promote resource sharing and secondments.
• Analyze KPI reports and develop plans for workload balancing and capacity management.
