Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking an IS Workforce Manager to lead resource planning within the Project Governance Office. You will drive forecasts, staffing strategies, and capacity planning for Information Services and related projects.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, 3+ years of experience, and strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder management. Flexible hybrid work options and an inclusive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience.
• Expert resource management, capacity planning and forecasting.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent data analytics and problem-solving.
• Working knowledge of technology services and project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
• Effective relationship management, influencing and change management skills.
• Self-starter with prioritization abilities.
• Expert in Microsoft Office (O365).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain IS resourcing models, including long and short-term forecasts.
• Provide IS resource recommendations and influence decisions while building relationships with IS leadership.
• Analyze IS workforce data to prepare and report trends and insights.
• Continuously improve processes and maintain workforce management documentation.
• Monitor IS resource allocations and report capacity trends.
• Support executives and managers with resource scheduling and cost-benefit analyses.
• Other duties as assigned.
