Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in resource coordination, scheduling, or project support within a consulting or project-based environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, utilization tracking, or project coordination practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and resource planning or scheduling tools.
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on supporting both project success and employee growth.
  • Awareness of HSSE and fit-for-duty requirements is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assign staff to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements to enable successful delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time resource plans that provide visibility into team capacity and utilization.
  • Monitor and adjust staffing allocations as project needs evolve, ensuring agility and responsiveness.
  • Track employee availability, capabilities, and development goals to support effective workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to resolve scheduling conflicts and identify optimal resourcing solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across teams to connect employees with meaningful project opportunities.
  • Support workforce planning by identifying future staffing needs, skills gaps, and development priorities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of resource management processes, tools, and reporting.
