Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Manager in Resourcing and Deployment within Business Enablement to optimize workforce planning for the Tax line of service. You will oversee CSS allocations, forecasting, and workload balance while supporting diversity initiatives and staff development.

You will collaborate with RM professionals to implement technology enhancements, drive continuous improvement, and provide coaching to RM specialists.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Resource Management, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Data analysis experience to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and oversee the allocation of Client Service Staff to align with firm priorities.
• Use continuous planning and scheduling to meet utilization targets.
• Gather information on staff career goals to match staff with client engagements.
• Collaborate with RM professionals to share practices and drive improvements.
• Coach RM specialists and ensure adherence to staffing processes.
• Build relationships across regions to promote resource sharing.
• Analyze productivity and workload data to balance utilization.
• Review monthly financial results and advise on utilization and headcount.
• Develop expertise in RM technology and deliver training on Team Builder modules.
• Ensure assignments comply with QMSE standards.
