Job summary

Teifi Digital is hiring for a Resource & Capacity Manager in the Vancouver area. You will own staffing across delivery pods, turning the sales pipeline into staffing plans, and ensure utilization stays healthy while flagging capacity or skill gaps before they become risks.

You will collaborate with delivery leadership, sales, Finance, and HR and report to the Director of Delivery. Experience with Harvest and Forecast helps drive accurate capacity planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management, delivery operations, or project coordination at a digital agency or professional services firm.
• Experience staffing multidisciplinary delivery teams across roles including PM, Front End/Back End Developers, QA, and Solutions Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Harvest and Forecast or similar capacity planning and time tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of utilization, billable targets and capacity planning with data skills.
• Ability to read a sales pipeline and translate deal timing and scope into staffing requirements.
• Clear communicator who can navigate competing priorities using data.

Responsibilities

• Own staffing and capacity across delivery pods, turning the sales pipeline into staffing plans.
• Match projects to pods based on capacity, skills, and availability.
• Identify capacity or skill gaps before delivery risks arise and escalate when needed.
• Maintain forward-looking capacity view and align forecasts with revenue projections.
• Monitor utilization and bench time across pods, projects, and individuals.
• Support recruitment by defining role requirements and timing to close capacity gaps.
