Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, human resources or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in professional services or consulting is a plus.
• Experience in data analysis and storytelling through data to provide insights.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines with integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and de-escalate in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Enter data to create schedules for multiple teams and offices.
• Assign engagements to team members by integrating workflow with the schedule.
• Collaborate with leadership on resource planning and deployment.
• Analyze staffing decisions based on risk, skills, timing, continuity and geography.
• Resolve staffing conflicts by offering alternatives and escalation as needed.
• Maximize utilization by identifying imbalances and reallocating resources.
• Assist with orientation of new hires and overview staffing processes.
• Coordinate with client-serving professionals to identify development needs.
