Job summary

Entuitive Corporation in Calgary is seeking a Proposal Specialist to lead and assist in the management, production, and development of proposals and credential packages that support the firm’s growth. You will work with leadership and technical experts to ensure messaging is consistent and elevates the brand.

The role centers on writing tailored narratives, coordinating the proposal process from kickoff to submission, and contributing to strategy and win themes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals or business development.
• Experience in AEC industry is an asset.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple submissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process from start to finish for RFPs, RFIs, and related documents.
• Lead the RFP review, create deliverables checklist and timelines.
• Coordinate bid kick-offs and stakeholder communications.
• Draft and edit narratives to address client and project requirements.
• Maintain content, templates, and learnings for continuous improvement.
