Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate proposal development while engaging multiple disciplines.
• Develop RFQ and RFP responses that are focused and innovative, reflecting brand guidelines.
• Provide strong technical writing support and work with SMEs.
• Implement and monitor the proposal process and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients regarding submission requirements and RFIs.
• Manage document control and internal proposal file structure.
• Maintain resumes, project profiles, presentations and photos with branding in mind.
• Support business development and strategic initiatives (events, materials, website updates).
