Job summary

DATA Communications Management Corp. in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Proposal Delivery Manager to own the full proposal lifecycle from go/no-go through content creation, reviews, approvals and submission.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with Sales and SMEs to turn client needs into clear, persuasive proposals that win. You will lead RFPs and RFIs, manage multiple proposals, ensure accuracy and brand alignment, and leverage AI tools to sharpen content while maintaining strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in proposal writing, bid management or technical writing within Sales, Marketing or Business Development departments
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with ability to simplify complex information
• Strong project management, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own the proposal from kickoff to finish line, leading RFP, RFI and other customer response projects
• Read client requirements, clarify deliverables and build practical project plans, timelines and milestones
• Write, edit and format compelling executive summaries, technical responses and supporting materials
• Partner with Sales and SMEs to gather information at the right time
• Turn technical and business input into client-focused messaging
• Ensure submission quality and brand alignment
• Manage multiple proposals and competing priorities
• Identify risks and coordinate reviews and approvals
• Maintain reusable content and templates for future proposals
• Stay updated on proposal trends and AI tools
