Job summary

Evans is seeking an Assistant Proposal Writer to support the Proposal Lead and Senior Writer, and the Project Management team. You will help develop compliant, structured, and competitive RFP responses and other formal submissions, aligning with current products and corporate direction.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, the Sales team, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, cohesive proposals and deliverables, while maintaining templates and content libraries.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with a technical diploma or university degree.
• 1–3 years' experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to read and articulate complex technical content.
• Able to manage multiple proposals and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Proposal Lead and Senior Writer with response content from internal contributors for large multi-service proposals.
• Review new bid documents for compliance, legal, and technical requirements.
• Prepare responses to bid qualification questionnaires and other compliance tools.
• Support Project Managers by providing compliant information and content for proposals.
• Maintain the RFP content database in SharePoint.
• Identify improvements to templates for consistent corporate identity.
• Write and edit case studies, white papers, and internal materials.
• Assist in compiling guides and manuals.
