Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in proposal coordination or proposal management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary proposals under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration across departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact with the client; manage deliverables and kickoff activities.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development and maintain content library.
• Plan timelines, content development, reviews, and approvals.
• Create executive summaries, technical narratives, and resumes; mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and business development to shape win themes.
• Support visual strategy with graphics and PowerPoint presentations.
• Contribute to pursuit strategies and pipeline management.
• Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and outcomes.
