Job summary

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) invites applications for a Program Manager, Operations Support to help drive strategic initiatives across Transportation Operations. You will work with senior management and teams to coordinate tasks, deliverables and governance in line with TTC standards.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree in business administration (or related field), with PMP considered an asset, and have strong analytical, planning and stakeholder management skills in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Completion of a university degree in business administration or related field.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
• Transportation operations experience is an asset.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and support on projects to improve Transportation Operations.
• Coordinate tasks and deliverables aligned with TTC standards.
• Manage multi‑stakeholder projects and build stakeholder relationships.
• Develop objectives, schedules, budgets and KPIs for programs and projects.
• Ensure governance, risk management and reporting across initiatives.
