Job summary

Definity is seeking a Specialist, Continuous Improvement to act as an internal consultant for Personal Insurance. You will drive Lean Six Sigma projects, streamline processes, and improve customer and employee experiences through data-driven improvements.

You will partner with leaders, map processes, lead root-cause analyses, and deliver measurable business results using automation and analytics. A university degree plus relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma certification or experience implementing process improvements.
Experience in business analysis and identifying operational opportunities.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes across stakeholders.
Strong facilitation and influencing skills with ability to build consensus.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to identify strategic priorities and improvement opportunities.
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies.
Facilitate process mapping, root-cause analysis, and future-state design.
Develop business cases and performance metrics for stakeholders.
Collaborate with technology teams to leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions.
