Job summary

Definity seeks a Specialist, Continuous Improvement to partner with Personal Insurance leaders, enhancing operational effectiveness and streamlining processes. You will drive Lean Six Sigma projects, enable automation, and develop data-driven decision support for stakeholders.

You will design and monitor KPIs, collaborate with tech teams, and contribute to benefits realization across business units. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree in a related field and advanced certifications are a plus.
• 3–5 years in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business analysis roles.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to drive outcomes across stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic priorities and improvement opportunities with business leaders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and BPM methodologies.
• Facilitate process mapping, root-cause analysis, and future-state design for service delivery.
