Job summary

Richardson Wealth Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements across operations, boosting efficiency, quality, and advisor/client experience. You will partner with the Operations Journey Owner and stakeholders to assess processes, map pain points, and implement changes using Lean Six Sigma and reengineering methods.

Responsibilities include conducting analyses, developing roadmaps, ensuring regulatory alignment, and contributing to agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process improvement, business analysis, or operations in financial services.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with process mapping and reengineering methodologies (DMAIC, value stream mapping).
• Proficiency with BPM tools (Visio, Salesforce, Power Platform) and data analysis.
• Exposure to RPA or intelligent automation is a plus.
• PMP or other PM certification is an asset.
• Strong understanding of wealth management operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes with Journey Owners to identify improvements and map current vs. future experiences.
• Evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance; identify bottlenecks and pain points.
• Develop a comprehensive process improvement roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables meet regulatory and internal policy requirements and document best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and present sprint deliverables to leadership.
