Job summary

Definity Financial Corporation seeks a Specialist, Continuous Improvement to partner with Personal Insurance leaders and drive operational excellence. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, map processes, and develop performance metrics to improve customer and employee experiences.

Collaboration with technology teams to leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions, build business cases, and monitor KPIs to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, commerce, engineering, operations management or related field.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, CBAP, Agile (CSM/CSPO/SAFe) are preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in CI, operational excellence, business analysis, consulting or related roles.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration and influencing skills with ability to build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic priorities and improvement opportunities with business leaders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, BPA and continuous improvement methods.
• Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis and future-state design to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and increase capacity.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop business cases, recommendations and decision-support materials for stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Support governance, readiness activities and benefits realization.
• Analyze value streams and operating models to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
