Job summary
AlayaCare is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to advise leaders in North America’s Revenue organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services). You will guide organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy while mentoring junior PBPs and shaping AI-enabled People practices.
The role emphasizes high-impact, lean teams, strong leadership coaching, and collaboration with Legal and Total Rewards to align pay, recognition, and growth with business
Qualifications
- Senior HRBP experience in fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting Revenue and Sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation (US multi-state a plus).
- Experience translating talent strategy into practical people solutions.
- Comfort leveraging AI-enabled HR tools to streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Lead or co-lead design and implementation of organization-wide HR policies and programs.
- Coach leaders on performance, calibration, and fair decision-making.
- Mentor associate PBPs and ensure consistency across the practice.
- Model practical, responsible use of AI in People work.
