Job summary

Cloud5 Communications is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide guidance on employee relations, talent development, and organizational change. This 1-year term role emphasizes strong coaching and leadership capabilities in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

You will partner with leaders on workforce planning, HR policy guidance, and engagement initiatives, supporting a high-performing and inclusive workplace while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in education, business, adult learning, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, operational leadership or people leadership.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and workplace best practices.
• Provide guidance on employment legislation, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Complete and oversee HR administrative activities, including documentation, data management, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Partner with leaders on employee development, leadership development, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture and support retention.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
• Partner with Recruitment and hiring leaders to support hiring activities and selection decisions.
• Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder engagement and leadership coaching.
