Job summary

Jobber is seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Brand Marketing and Communications team. You’ll own a roster of brand partners, coach partners, negotiate deals, onboard new contributors, and renew relationships to drive growth.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll build growth strategy, forecast value, test initiatives, and turn learnings into repeatable plays. You’ll analyze data, influence without authority, and travel across North America to ambassador events.

• Extensive marketing and influencer partnership experience with measurable results.
• Proven ability to grow programs and partners beyond current performance.
• Experience building strategy, forecasting, and getting teams to adopt it.
• Comfort with data and ability to translate trends into action.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
• Excellent judgment for brand fit and risk.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ambition and humility, with a willingness to push for better.
• Multitasking across strategy, roster-building, briefs, and contracts.
• Willingness to travel for ambassador events across North America.

Responsibilities

• Analyze channel performance and translate findings into action.

• Be a brand champion, shaping campaigns, events, and resources.
• Share insights, coach others, and raise the standard for the team.
• Travel may be required to represent Jobber at events.
