Job summary

Sensor Tower is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to guide employees and advise managers across our international footprint. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, performance, talent design, and training rollout.

You will partner with leaders to navigate multi-jurisdiction employment law and ensure compliant, scalable practices while leveraging AI tools to accelerate casework and reporting.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience across multiple HR disciplines including operations, compensation, organizational design, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own frontline employee relations, managing complex cases end-to-end with fair outcomes.
• Partner with managers to coach on performance, feedback, and difficult conversations.
• Handle employment matters across a global workforce with local advisors and legal input across regions.
• Provide clear HR policy guidance and contribute to policy updates with legal.
• Support contractors and non-employee populations with compliant processes.
• Use people data to identify trends and drive practical fixes with managers.
• Advise on retention actions such as pay adjustments, promotions, and recognition.
• Leverage AI tooling to enhance casework, drafting, and analysis.
• Support deployment of people programs and systems, including hands-on training rollout.
