Placements24 is seeking a strategic Partnership Development Manager to forge and nurture vital relationships in the charity and voluntary sector. Based in Canada, this hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote stakeholder engagement to expand our client's network of sponsors and allies.

You will identify opportunities, develop mutual value, and steward partnerships to advance our client's mission while ensuring sustainable results across multiple initiatives and teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or corporate relations within the non-profit sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of partnership models and the non-profit funding landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and cultivate potential strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other organizations.
• Develop and present compelling proposals for partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and mutual benefits.
• Manage and steward existing partnerships, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
